The highly anticipated movie, The Hunger Games is premiering all over the world from LA to Paris. As celebrities are joining the excitement on the Red Carpet, some are dazzling while others forgot how to dress. You may be surprised who made the Worst and Dressed lists…. or maybe not. Here’s a clue, one actress made the Steven Dann Worst Dressed list twice now, starting from the Oscars! Is there anyone not on the list that you would vote Best and Worst Dressed from the premiere?
